FLUCTUATION IN TRANSVALVULAR IMPEDANCE (TVI) DETECTED AT EVERY BEAT

  • Reflects structural and volumetricchanges during a cardiac cycle
  • Is correlated with cardiac haemodynamics
  • Confirms the ejection at every beatand assesses the stabilityof ventricular mechanics in tachycardia
